Where to find a cheap flight to manila from sydney?
Me and my mum are going to the Philippines for my mum's little sister's wedding. We're also there for holidays. We need a return flight that's between $350 and $1250. We're looking for a flight between these flexible dates of departing on December 23 and returning January 15. Thank you!

- Hello there... Well im from Philippines..and willing to give some Information regarding with your question.. I think the best thing to do now is verify the flight that are available in the different airline company that routing to the Philippines... you can try to visit their websites, because Im sure for that matter you can easily have an online booking for the following dates you want to travel...
- We can't help you with that dear. Fares change very quickly and it is best you go to a travel agent where you are or look it up yourself on the internet searching for flights using your pt of origin and destination. you will see a few sites and search. Cheap flights go quickly specially since this is a peak season for traveling.
- Have a look at the website www.bestflights.com.au and see which airline comes up with the cheapest there. Then you can fo direct to the airlines websites and you should be able to get the flight even cheaper such as the www.phillipineairlines.com.au or other airlines which come up cheap on the bestflights website. Please keep in mind you are travelling peak season so you will be pushing it to find flights in your budget but you might get lucky as you have some flexibility with arrivals and departures! Good luck! =)
- I've always found cheap flights at www.travel.com.au
- I would suggest you to stop by instead of taking direct flight from Sydney to Philippines. You may consider to stop at Singapore or Bangkok. From there you also can consider to get cheaper airline like JetStar.com, Tigerair.com, Air Asia.com, Cebu Pacific or Philippine airline. Check on those airline. Just another hits for you. Is not easy to get flight to Philippine in December because it is a pick hour time. Hope you can find the best fight to Philippine. Enjoy.
- Don't know where exactly in Phils you're heading & don't if this matters; First option - The best deal is take a flight to Kuala Lumpur via Jetstar, from KL take a flight to Clark, Pampanga via Air Asia. second option - take a return flight via Brunei Air with stopover in Brunei It's best next time you need to book early considering you're flying on a peak and considering you'll be attending a wedding that doesn't happen by a quick snap. Be smart and good luck!
- You have given a wide range of dates for departure but your dates are all within the peak travel period. So you are travelling at the most expensive time of the year. If you want cheap flights, is it possible for you to wait until February? The cheapest carrier is usually Philippine Airlines. They do a loop from Manila to Melbourne then Sydney then to Manila. So it is quicker going to the Philippines than coming home. However, if you are happy to take several flights and have delays between flights. Check out deals with Tiger airways. Also, have you built up frequent flyer points shopping at coles or by using credit cards. I get a free return flight with Qantas from Sydney to Manila every few years, just by frequent flyer points from shopping. Regards; Jim Sibbick
