Cheapest Flights to Sydney

Web site travel ad says flights not included from home to Auckland and from Sydney to home. Sign up for trip.

Get welcome packet saying flight from Cairns (end of trip) to Sydney not included. Two months later, get letter saying mistake made, flight from Auckland to Sydney not included. So now 2 flights (from Auckland to Sydney & Cairns to Sydney) which travel web site said were included are now excluded (around $500USD). Is this legal?

1. No, don't fall for it. Book with a travel agent. Some things don't include the flights, but this is just wrong. Sue them and get your money back.
